An electric strike replaces the standard strike faceplate in the door frame.  The electric strike can be opened upon demand, allowing the door to be pushed open without being physically unlocked.  These are mainly used in access control systems.

 

Adams Rite Electric Strikes are available for many different applications including 12, 16 or 24 volt AC/DC power, and fail safe or fail secure.

 

HES Electric Strikes are available for many different applications including 12 or 24 volt AC/DC, and fail safe or fail secure.

 

RCI Electric Strikes are available for many different applications including 11-16, 12, or 24 volt AC/DC power, and fail safe or fail secure.

 

Trine Electric Strikes often require up to 70% less cutting of the frame face as compared to conventional electric strikes, and are available in 12 and 24 Volt DC fail secure.
